食材

乳豬一隻

自己鍾意嘅蔬菜

鹽同黑椒

雜香草

牛油搽皮用


做法

1.食前1晚乳豬仔先放保鮮格解凍後洗淨乳豬,抹乾。

2.用鹽,黑椒,雜香草搽勻底面,跟著不包保鮮紙放入雪櫃風乾8-10小時

3.攞出抹走表面香草

4.切好自己鍾意嘅蔬菜,放豬底

5.用錫紙包一包豬耳同尾巴仔,不會易燶,放入預熱嘅爐180度45mins,另外放盤熱水,半蒸焗方法,肉質多汁

6.取出乳豬仔,豬皮搽滿牛油,再放入預熱焗爐220度30至40mins,焗至金黃脆皮
