電飯煲豉油雞髀


材料:

大雞腿2隻

葱2條

醬汁:

生抽3湯匙

老抽1茶匙

味醂或米酒1茶匙

五香粉半茶匙

蒜粉1茶匙

蠔油半茶匙


做法:

1. 大雞腿要充分用紙吸乾水份,倒入味醂、老抽和生抽,用手抹勻全隻雞腿上色。

2. 約等五分鐘,把汁料倒出,再加入蒜粉、五香粉和蠔油拌勻成醬汁。

3. 把葱截斷墊電飯煲內鍋底,放上大雞腿,倒入醬汁,按正常煮飯鍵,約30分鐘打開,把雞腿翻轉,再繼續煮30分鐘。
