越南石斑魚柳在越南深海野生捕獲,含有較高蛋白質及較低脂肪,屬優質肉類,適合家庭烹調之用。


豉油皇煎石斑柳


- 解凍石斑柳並吸乾水份

- 以小量蒜鹽及胡椒粉略調味,勿過鹹(因之後會加少許豉油)

- 用刀將魚皮外圍邊𠝹小開口,滅少煎時魚皮收縮捲起

- 以中小火將皮向下先煎香石斑柳一邊,再返煎另一邊,尾段可加至中大火至金黃

- 最後灑上少許蒸魚豉油增加香味並隨即關火,上碟即可享用
