B仔雞翼尖



材料:
雞翼尖1磅
蒜蓉3湯匙
指天椒2隻切絲
清水400ml
生粉水適量

調味料:
雞粉2茶匙
糖2茶匙
鹽1茶匙
紹興酒100ml

做法:
1.先將雞翼尖飛水2分鐘沖水洗去泡沫
2.於鑊或煲中倒入紹興酒,開始滾時放入雞翼尖兜勻,校至中火,放入兩湯匙蒜蓉及一隻指天椒絲,再加入所有調味料及清水,煮滾後中火關蓋煮20分鐘
3.試味ok後再加入剩餘蒜蓉及指天椒絲(加多減少按個人口味), 再中火關蓋煮10分鐘左右,若果水還是太多就開蓋大火煮至稍為收汁,覺得雞翼尖夠淋就加入適量生粉水令汁料煮至稍為杰身便完成
