初炸過程中保留蝦的鮮味,只需簡單翻炸即可享用鮮味蝦肉,金黃鬆脆的外層令人垂涎欲滴。可配合千島或沙律醬食用,配上咖哩及白飯更是一流。

油炸或氣炸皆宜

吉列炸蝦無需解凍

油炸:要用一隻比較深的油鑊去炸,加油到鑊至能夠蓋過蝦,開火加熱到油溫180度,把吉烈炸蝦落鑊炸5-6分鐘即可。

氣炸:噴少許油,以200度炸5分鐘,翻轉再炸3分鐘。

刺身級的急凍蝦,可從雪櫃冰格取出來後直接輕微浸一浸微咸的冰水才進食。

若一般煎、炒、白焯急凍蝦可以放在滾水滾一滾,然後就放在涼水浸一浸,這樣蝦肉便會爽口彈牙!(千萬不要將急凍蝦放在室溫解凍過長時間,這樣可能會影響蝦肉的質感)
