氣炸雞鎚


材料: 雞鎚8-10隻

雞肉醃料: 生抽約1湯匙 , 糖及薑茸一茶匙 , 黑胡椒粉少許, 麻油及生粉少許


STEP 1

雞與醃料拌勻醃1小時

STEP 2

放入氣炸鍋用200度火煮約20分鐘即成
