鳳尾蝦春捲


食材

鳳尾蝦 5隻

春捲皮 2~3張

蘆筍 適量

麵包粉 適量

蛋 1顆

鹽 少許


  1. 將春捲皮平均橫切成3等分,將蝦子和蘆筍捲入春捲皮中,最後在封口抹上蛋汁黏住
  2. 蝦捲沾上蛋汁後裹上麵包粉(這個步驟也可省略,一樣酥脆好吃)
  3. 平底鍋倒入油加熱後,蝦捲下鍋炸至金黃,最後灑上一點鹽即可
  4. 酥脆的春捲加上蝦仁和蘆筍
